In one of the darkest moments in my life, in an act of fate, I found legacy healing. and that contact saved my life. I was in a state of desperation where I was worried that something terrible was gonna happen. I felt my life slipping away from me. I had no joy left. I was despondent. I had lost the Will to go on. When I arrived for my intake, Gail and Antonia were like guardian angels and a light at the end of one of the darkest tunnels I have traveled. They made me feel comforted. They made me feel safe, and they made me feel like I had made the right decision. that I was in a place where it was possible to recover from this horrible disease once and for all. I am so grateful for them and all the staff. This opportunity is not afforded to everyone, and I feel blessed that everything that led me here happened. The way it did because it showed me that I was willing to fight for my life and fight for my sobriety, the interaction when you get here is paramount, the staff has made all the difference with the support that I am given and the reassurance that I can do this, I can’t thank you enough for giving me another chance at life. I am deeply grateful for my experience at Legacy Healing Center in Wareham, MA. From the moment I arrived, I was met with compassion, kindness, and genuine support from every member of the team. The professionals here work tirelessly to create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, heard, and encouraged throughout their healing journey. My therapist, Colleen, made a profound impact on me. Through her guidance, compassion, and therapeutic approach, she helped me grow in ways I will carry with me long after leaving Legacy. The case management team was incredibly diligent, supportive, and helpful, always making sure my needs were addressed. The BHT staff were equally caring and encouraging, and I feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to get to know so many wonderful people. Their dedication to supporting clients each and every day deserves tremendous recognition. The facility itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and incredibly accommodating. What stood out most to me was the way Legacy addressed the whole person—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. There were wellness and mindfulness activities offered throughout the week, including yoga, Reiki, barber services, chiropractic care, massage, and sound bowls. These experiences provided meaningful opportunities to relax, reconnect with myself, and continue growing in my recovery. The combination of group therapy seven days a week and individual counseling provided consistency, structure, and opportunities for meaningful reflection and personal growth. I always felt that the staff genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to see me succeed. Choosing to take the next step in healing can be incredibly difficult, and I am forever grateful that my journey brought me to Legacy Healing Center. The people I met, the lessons I learned, and the support I received will remain a meaningful part of my life. I would wholeheartedly recommend Legacy Healing Center to anyone who is ready to begin or continue their healing journey.
